I know we are dealing with bigger issue in community but nothing to panic, all possible measures are taking place.

I know it's a biggg concern overall but strategic thinking and executing this issue undercover will be less damage to our kids and community. I would say collectively we have to protect our Kids on Halloween day (I would request you all to stay away from that area as lot of police and under cover police will be deployed) 
Please be at my home we will celebrate the Halloween party at my home (I will work with couple of you to make this party invites and arrangements to make it smooth) please consider this is a final invite for the party.

Yesterday was my first day at new project so I was not able to make it ontime, in general townhall is for residents voice and last night was one of the best.

I tried to get to the phone this morning when you called but I was unable to catch it before 3 rings.  I had the SubHOA president Michael Butera in my office this morning trying to talk about the situation.

 

I relayed some things at the meeting very specific to what is being done.  Our law firm is going to be filing a motion to force the lender to take possession of the house due to the health and criminal threats posed by the occupants to the community.  The sale of the house has gone through but is being audited, which I’m told is normal for foreclosures.  As soon as that is approved then the bank can file a motion for possession of the property.  We are very close to the end of the process, and I tried communicating that as well last night.  What we don’t want or need is for things to escalate out of hand.

 

The Sub HOA is going to hire security guards for Halloween.  The local police will also have an increased presence not only that night but far more often.  The Management Company for the Sub HOA is going to work with me on setting another meeting time sometime in the next few weeks and I will be on hand for that meeting as well.

 

Legally we are doing all we can do, and regrettably things take time.  I will contact the utilities this morning to make sure things are off.

I tried to reach out to you both this weekend to discuss about it 

 

For some reason I didn't get the call back, this issue been there for quite sometime now and it's going to be a big issue if we don't resolve on timely manner. I am working with Elected officials to resolve this issue quicker and will let you know what's their recommendation is.

Does police have a search warrant already? Now small amounts of controlled substance is legal in neighboring states, so without warrant from judge, police also not allowed to break into the subject property to my understanding.

Yeah you are right, these rules are protecting them (looks like they know how to play with these rules).

I believe that home don't have power as on today (we are working with Water and GAS companies) but as you know we don't have any power to impose that change (legally we are trying to expedite the process to turn it off)

Thanks for all the details and keeping us in loop. Appreciate the steps u and other members took to handle this situation. On a side note, will it help if a public email or notification is sent out to look out for such incidents in future? Lot of people from our community don't seem to know about this incident and a general notification in traditional methods might alert the community residents. Also was investigation done on how the occupants knew that this property was vacant? This might be key to closing this loop hole or minimize occurrence of any such incidents in future.

Good suggestion greatly anticipated, how they come to know is a simple there target is this kind of homes.
I think it's good and bad to communicate this kind of messages to everyone in community because the occupant is living there secretly until recently. but for future we will have to consider all possible options.

All please be relaxed I am confident issue will be resolved in right manner but bitter fact is it will take time as America rules are protecting them.

Please stay away from any arguments with strangers even they pisses you off this is just for some time until we kick them out of community.

I am very proud and happy to be a Emerson family member
