CMAs and South Riding Property

Hi Friends,

One of our friends is trying to sell or rent his independent house in South Riding, VA. The sale price is 510K and the rent is for $2700. The square footage of the house about 2400, the first two levels only. There is a finished based additional. If any of your friends are trying to move into a used home in South Riding, this would be one option to check into.

Regarding CMA (Competitive or Comparative Market Analysis), if you wanted to check your house value for refinance purpose, it does not cost you anything, and it takes me about 15 mins of my time to do it. If you want to see your house's CMA, please email just me with number of bedrooms (in taxable living area) and number of fireplaces you have. Though this CMA does not give you 100% accurate value of your house that a home appraiser provides you, but it will give you an estimate. If your equity in the house is 20% or more, then you are able to refinance it.
