Join us for a fun filled summer Community Event for the whole family which will be catered by Puttin’ on the Ritz. There will be a D.J., moon bounces, clowns and a wonderful assortment of games and activities for the whole family to enjoy whether you are 3 or 30. The Jazz Band from Murray Middle School will perform. This is a great time to meet neighbors, see familiar faces and let someone else do the cooking!!
You DO NOT need a pool membership to participate. This event is for Emerson residents ONLY – no guests permitted.
In order to accurately plan you must RSVP no later than Friday May 20th at 5pm.at NO LATE RSVP’s will be accepted.
Use the SignUp Genius button below and in the Comments section be sure to include your name, property address, total number of adults, and total number of children along with their ages.
Residents who have not RSVP'd will be allowed in the event at 2:30pm.
To eliminate the long lines at check-in, this year wristbands and tickets will be distributed prior to the event. Families who have fully RSVPd can come in starting Saturday May 21st to pick up their tickets and wristbands.
A wristband must be worn at all times to use the pool.
Only family members who have signed up will get food tickets and they will again be handed out this year for a one time pass through the line.
Due to safety concerns, there is no parking at the Clubhouse while the event is taking place. Please adhere to the No Parking Signs.
The pool will be open from 5pm to 8pm for pool members that wish to come to the pool but not the event.
