Volvo Hybrid 7011 at Lunsford Park yesterday. Does anyone notice anything different about it and also the Citaros on service 82 in Maidstone?

Hi Martin,

Is the difference in this picture; that the route branding has been removed from above the drivers window?

It used to have 71 and the main points served along the route listed just above the window but small enough to allow advertising to be displayed too.

Best wishes,

James

James and David you are both correct. Seems strange?

I think it is associated with the reduction of the 71 in the forthcoming changes, which will be reduced to four journeys an hour. The 72 fills in the other two departures an hour, which although every 10 minutes from Maidstone, operate on a 10/5/15 frequency towards Maidstone, and I suspect the hybrids will now be scheduled for both routes.

These vehicles had 72 branding from new, although it was only on the rear, as seen on 7006 is June 2013.
