In recent years we have often bemoaned the ever increasing number of all-white vehicles, and my recent discoveries in Canterbury Coach Park on 18th September do nothing but underline that fact!
Grange Travel are based just outside of the Club area "proper" in Gravesend, but have gained many of the management staff and contracts from Kings Ferry following their flight to Wandsworth last year. Rivalling the anonymity of MoD vehicles, the fleetname-less, all-white livery used by this operator enables ease of wrapping, and for us on private contracts where fleetnames may be undesirable. Turismo BF24 ATO shows it off.
Lehane are a long established Kent operator based in Surrey, and many of their coaches carry Northern Ireland-style LIG or LIW registration marks. LIG 1753 is a Jonckheere-bodied Volvo B12B on layover from Kings School duties (judging by who was walking towards it as I left).
Britannia have also been around for some years, but have only recently extended beyond minicoaches to full-size vehicles. A26 BRT is one of two vehicles acquired from a London operator in February, and had just deposited a large group of foreign students for their afternoon activities.
