11604 Enters Service

The first of the batch of eleven new ADL Enviro 400 MMCs has entered service at Folkestone. Photographed on service 16 at Sandgate War Memorial. 11603-6 have been received with a further seven due to arrive in September.

This vehicle isn't tracking under this fleet number. I note though we are showing 36879 (GN13EYP) as having been on the 16 today (Friday) between 07:45 and 15:40, is this likely? If not, could it be this vehicle?

At last! Interestingly it isn't (yet) tracking, at least under it's own ID.

I would agree on the potential for it tracking as 36879, as it's recorded as out again on the 16 today. If the rain stops I'll try and pop out to see it sometime today to confirm!

We either have two vehicles tracking as 36879 or 11604 has worked the 71/71A/73 around Folkstone before switching to the 16, is this likely?

There were two 36879s tracking, the real one and 11604. The latter is now tracking under its own ID.
