The fact that the vehicle is turning and the destination may help a bit - but what is the location, and can anyone suggest which route it might have been operating?
Another picture by John Watts, date believed to be late summer or autumn of 1967.

The destination of Frindsbury suggests somewhere around the Sans Pareil, at the top of Frindsbury Hill.

I can't quite make the angle line up yet - , but the "house" in the background looks very similar to that behind "Prime Hand Car Wash and Tyres" at the junction of Parsonage Lane (where there is still a bus stop to this day). https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place//@51.4032321,0.5035023,18.25z?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI1MTIwOS4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D

I have a North Kent timetable from 1970 which shows some short workings on the 19 group with Frindsbury as a last timing point, albeit with an extension to Wainscott, Holly Road (which is about as far from the Sans Pareil in the opposite direction as this, and for which Wainscott would be a better choice of destination in my opinion) in the morning peaks. Given timings, though, they look to be for Wainscott Primary School, so wouldn't have turned here.

I agree with Chris, defiantly the junction of parsonage Lane and Frindsbury Hill
