Here is a picture of ASD Coaches BF10 LTJ taken at Medway Maritime Hospital on the NHS Shuttle Service between there and Chatham Dockyard on Friday 26th March 2021, whilst on an essential journey

Interesting to see a double-decker on this service, as my previous sightings have always been Solos. It's also useful to know this service is still running - my previous photographic attempts didn't come out quite as well as I would have liked.

Having been reminded of the existence of this service, I took advantage of the warmth, if not the sun, and cycled down to Medway Hospital on Wednesday evening to see what would appear before me. Sadly, no double deckers, but two short single deckers instead. E200MMC SL69XWT (last seen on the M1 a few weeks ago - you wait ages to photograph a bus and then capture it twice in a month) was purchased new, whilst older E200 KX59CZJ is a fairly recent acquisition.

With the light levels lower than expected when I made plans the day before the pictures aren't perhaps quite as sharp as I'd like, but show the variety of vehicles the operator seems to be using on this contract (which as such, doesn't track). SL69 is pausing on Montgomery Road so as not to block the turning circle for service vehicles, and KX59 is just leaving on the preceding journey. I haven't seen it carry many passengers at this 18:30 time, but that may be because it doesn't match any shift changeovers.
