I'll admit that I'm not very locationally creative when it comes to East Sussex - very much a classic "find where the buses are and stand there".
Battle does provide a few easier options that aren't Abbey Green, though, and I took advantage of both between rail replacement vehicles yesterday.
Standard E200 36858 was captured outside Battle Station on the 1066, with poppy seasonal adornment. I can't help but wonder if Stagecoach's placement on the blind box is for easier removal, rather than Arriva's panel-based placement.
A few moments later, E400 15489 is seen exiting Marley Lane whilst on a hospital-bound 95, having served Coronation Gardens. Not quite the shot I was hoping for, but the angle of the road doesn't allow much warning for the arrival of the bus!
