On the Chopping Block: GoBus Service 4

GoBus have launched a new website this week, and along with the extension of services 1 and 401 to Chartwell on Saturdays & Sundays in August/September, have announced a raft of service changes including withdrawal of their service 4, which competed with Arriva on the 402 corridor between school peaks. 

The morning gloom that had been thoroughly unhelpful in Maidstone had burned off, leaving E400 9009 to be photographed in glorious sunshine in the familiar surroundings of the bridge at Tonbridge Station, just approaching the final southbound stop on 15th July. Tonbridge's traffic remains as legendary as ever...
