Today's SEMTA N&P gives the result of the recent public inquiry into these two operators: 

Public Inquiry (78782) held at Court Room(SEMTA - Eastbourne), BN21 4QT, Ivy House, Ivy Terrace, Eastbourne, on 13 March 2019 commenced at 10:00 (Previous Publication:(2485)) PK1115405 SI EASTBOURNE COACHWAYS LIMITED Director(s): CHRISTIAN LEE HARMER, DAVID BARRY SMITH, STEPHEN THOMAS DOHERTY 1A BEECHING ROAD, BEXHILL-ON-SEA, TN39 3LG

S17 - Condition varied with immediate effect reducing the  authorisation to 8 vehicles. S17 - Licence revoked with effect from 23.45 hours on 24 July 2019.

S17 - Licence revoked with immediate effect.

If I remember correctly the Renown position is fairly academic, and I presume the delayed revocation (subject to appeal, of course), is to allow alternative arrangements to be made for those services. 

I am aware of "Harmer, Bexhill" in the then club-style operating as early as 1990 - when did he first start operation?
