Kings Ferry have been re-numbering their fleet from around June .
From checking photos on Flickr I have identified the following. Can
anyone add any more (or better still a full list)
The first two digits appear to denote the seating

302 (YG 68 TKF)     to 3415
702 (YJ 70 AWW)   to 7705
512 (BF 68 ZFK)      to 53124,
513 (BF 68 ZFL)       to 53125
514 (BF 68 ZFM)     to 53128
521 (BV 69 LNH       to 53130
525 (BV 69 LNG)      to 53129
527 (BV 20 HSD)      to 53133
921  (BA 68 PZO)     to 3511

If it helps, I have noticed that the "National Express" Levante Coaches that come to Dover on the nearly 2 hourly 007 have been renumbered too, with EK10 BX65WCG now being X4831 and they seem to be renumbering the other "EK" Levantes too, and if Ken is coming to the 105 event at Eythorne on the 4th, don't forget that Kings Ferry still have their outstation at Pike Road Industrial Estate, just down the road from Bayliss, and behind L&I Coaches, and when I drove past it in July 2021 the yard was quite full.

It appears, then, that the King's Ferry coaches - and presumably the rest of the National Express private hire operations - are all being numbered into the rather quirky Lucketts scheme...

Kings Ferry's original scheme was rather quirky in itsself, by use of its decimal point. That was lost with the "first" renumbering to fit NatEx's computer system some years ago. With some notable exceptions (such as the very first Caetanos being numbered in the 6-series to differentiate them from the motley collection remaining in the 4-series, and VIP coaches becoming 9-series), the first digit always used to specify seating capacity. Fleetnumbers have also got substantially smaller in recent years, declining in size from the inch-high numbers next to the door to tiny numbers barely visible somewhere on or around the front. Even the new numbers appear to come in two different sizes!

Further examples fished out of flickr:
BU18 YTR appears to be 53118, but very hard to read.
BF68 ZFE - 5730
BF68 ZFN - 53126?
BV69 LNK - 5734
EK06 - BX65 WCC - 4830
YG68 TKF - 3415 (although when photographed was still showing old fleetnumber, so 3415/302!)

To add to Chris's list, I also observed (not via Flickr):-

EK10 BX65 WCG now 4831
509 BU18 YTW now 53121
512 BF68 ZFK now 53124
513 BF68 ZFL now 53125
514 BF68 ZFM now 53128
525 BV69 LNG now 53129
521 BV69 LNH now 53130
527 BV20 HSD now 53133
526 BV20 HSC now 5735
702 YJ70 AWW now 7705
921 BA68 PZO now 3511

It's handy working right next to the originating stop for evening commuter workings ;-)

While on my Local drive on Saturday 18th, I passed by Kings Ferry's Outstation at Pike Road Industrial Estate in Eythorne, and the following vehicles were present.
2 Sewards Coaches Yutongs YD19HGZ and YD19HGJ.
a Clarkes Coaches Tourismo that was too far away to identify.
a Green Tourismo BT66UAG that still appeard to be numbered 441.
3 "National Express" Levante's, X4831 BX65WCG, and unrenumbered EK07 BX65WCD and EK08 BX65WCE.
1 E200 8368 SN15LKO and 3 short length MMCs one of which was numbered 8802.
Finally their Levante BX65WBY EK03 now renumbered X4828 was seen turning out of Dover Castle coach park this Monday afternoon: https://www.flickr.com/photos/69558134@N05/51497875935/.
So hope that helps.
