South East Omnibus E54

An unusual sight in Hastings this afternoon was immaculately presented E54 LX56EUB from relatively new operator South East Omnibus. This ADL E400 Trident was new to Go-Ahead London Central in Feb 2007 and more recently saw use with Plymouth Citybus as No.477. It was snapped leaving Hastings Station working a Rail Replacement bound for Ore.

In case anyone was wondering (as I was until I checked their details), they are PK2067628, South East Omnibus Ltd, Burgess Hill, West Sussex (and with an OC at an address in Reigate, Surrey), so not a local operator to our area.

This business was set up recently by the former managing director of Southdown PSV before its sale last year to Brighton & Hove.
