  Hi everyone,

By default, the 2D spectra obtained by using qMDD are stored as a .dat file. However, for one application of the spectra (COLMAR), a .ft2 is wanted, and I already tried the .dat file on COLMAR, without success. Is there a way (during the processing or apart from it) to change the spectrum format to a .ft2?

  Best regards,
  Adrien

Hi,

It is the same format (nmrpipe file), just different name. Rename it and everything should work:

mv filename.dat filemane.ft2
