Dear MddNMR users!

Some of you may stumbled upon problems with running MddNMR on the newest macOS Catalina. The new system has much more strict policy on running programs from independent developers and blocks software that is not "notarized" by Apple. This problem also includes current version od MddNMR. We are working on the issue and most probably the next release of MddNMR will be  compliant with Apple software policy. For now there is a workaround for this problem.

In Terminal please open your mddnmr directory with macOS binaries:
eg.
cd /Users/nmruser/software/mddnmr2.6/binMAC_86
Next execute this command:
xattr -d com.apple.quarantine *
This command will remove all MddNMR programs from Apple's quarantine and allow their normal execution.

Enjoy!
Mateusz
