Given below is google sheet link to record your team entry for Summer season.
Please fill in ASAP so we know team count so we can book venues accordingly.

Dead line to fill in team entry is end of this month (May 31).
We are targeting to start summer season games as early as June 10 since we have playing slots available during on-going season play off games.
Fees and payment information will follow in a week.
