Using only pooling layer?

Dear Mr. Hagay,

Is there any way that I can train the network with only pooling layers (no convolutional layers)? Just for the comparison.

And where I can change the "max" pooling to "average" pooling?

Currently no, pooling layer can only come after convolutional layer. And average pooling is not supported, only max pooling.
