Please find attached the Branch Restructuring Matrix and Election conditions. Officials should liaise with your branch members and use the guidelines I have hereby attached. Secondly, the matrix for the elections dates needs to be clearly adhered to as failure to do so may render the whole process failure. If there are any queries, please contact me or any district official.
