Cloudy with showers, then mostly cloudy; 53-74 degrees; good visibility; winds light with a westerly component in the first two hours.
Raptor Observations:
Just one Sharp-shinned Hawk before the rain ended the morning count and just Turkey Vultures in the afternoon when the count resumed.
Non-raptor Observations:
One Red-throated and two Common Loons

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are
from the southwest.
