Clear skies with a bit of cloudiness in the last four hours; 64-84 degrees; good visibility; winds southwesterly and light at first, becoming stronger in the afternoon 5-13 mph gusting to 22 mph

Raptor Observations:
Second Mississippi Kite! This one seen briefly, unaged, and doing some wheeling around. Headed east and out of view.

Non-raptor Observations:  Common Nighthawk 7, Glossy Ibis 1

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are
from the southwest.
