Sunny with a bit of cloudiness as the end of the count; a chilly 37-47 degrees; good visibility; winds light and easterly 3-10 mph

Raptor Observations:
Modest number of migrants today, perhaps due to the light and unfavorable easterly winds. Courting Cooper's Hawk doing his "floppy-winged" flight.

Non-raptor Observations:  Muskrat

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are
from the southwest.
