Weather:
Mostly cloudy becoming partly cloudy in the last two hours; 50-64 degrees; excellent visibility; winds mostly northwesterly, 6-13 mph
Raptor Observations:
A third day much like the last two, with the total count in the 50's. A pair of adult Bald Eagles went toe-to-toe and subsequently one flew north, perhaps an unwelcome visitor.
Non-raptor Observations:
Least (4), Common (1) and Caspian Terns (2)

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are from the southwest.
