Homestead farm longspurs

We are planning on going to Homestead Farm this weekend to try to see the longspurs. 

The ebird posting says "restricted access". What are the access rules for that location?

Basically, "restricted access" here means bird from the road.  The farm itself is closed and the fields are off limits.  The roads here are very narrow, so park carefully.
