Fort McHenry (Baltimore) - birding tips

Looking for tips on where to bird within Fort McHenry in Baltimore. 

I'll be at a conference at Baltimore's Inner Harbor in a couple of weeks, and I'm hoping to squeeze in a morning of birding but will have limited time.

Note that the adjoining wetland area is not open to the public except for special field trips and requires advance processing of a release form.
