Sunny becoming partly cloudy. 69-81 degrees. Good visibility. Winds mostly from the west. Breezy. 7-15 mph, gusting to 23 mph.

Raptor Observations:
MISSISSIPPI KITE #13, appearing at 11:41 daylight time and in view for about 2 minutes. Pale secondaries. A distant individual, flying from south to northwest.

Non-raptor Observations:
Northern Parula Warbler

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are
from the southwest.
