Cloudy with threatening showers except for a brief period of partly cloudy skies; 59-67 degrees; good visibility; winds southwesterly most of the day becoming variable at the end of the count period

Raptor Observations:
The dense, dark cloud cover most of the day limited the flight. The arrival of showers ended the count.

Non-raptor Observations:

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are
from the southwest.
