Raptor Observations:
Just a few Turkey Vultures and Broad-winged Hawks. Vultures seemed reluctant to take the journey north.
Non-raptor Observations:
Another kite today, this one a colorful one on a string. :)

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are
from the southwest.
