RFI - Allegany County Henslow eBird site - Frostberg

Hello birders, 

I've noticed a recent eBird site in Frostberg for Henslow's Sparrow. Doing a little virtual recon via Google maps it looks like an active or defunct coal site. Maybe this is on reclaimed land. Maybe the sightings come from an individual trespassing. 

I'd love to visit this weekend to enjoy the birding delights of Allegany Co. Any additional information about the site or suggestions would be most appreciated. Thank you and enjoy your birding.
