Overcast at the start followed by a slow partial clearing with a few sprinkles; 55-60 degrees; good visibility; winds light and variable.
Raptor Observations:
Although there was some clearing with nice cumulus clouds, the skies to the south were still overcast and the flight was limited to two Turkey Vultures.
Non-raptor Observations: Least Sandpiper, pair of Wood Ducks

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are
from the southwest.
