Black Vultures - prey on livestock

PA reports BLVU are attacking livestock and in one case killing fawns from a herd of deer.

"The Lancaster Farmer" newspaper has been consistently printing info concerning this problem.

Reports from PA and other states may be found on the net.

Haven't found any MD farmers reporting these attacks.

There are rumblings of that bird's protection being withdrawn.

Some change in the protective laws for these birds  may be inevitable.
