Just found this bird working the perimeter of the parking lot at Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center. Wanted to get the word out.

Good morning, 

    Here are some pictures of yesterday’s bird. It was working along the fence line at the north end of the parking area while the sun was out. Later seen in the individual trees in the parking lot. Seen 10-10:20 AM on 12/7. The bird did not vocalize.
