Bright white on the deck -- but it ain't snow

On this dim, gloomy,
wet morning, I was startled by a flash of brilliant white
outside. A mostly albino small bird was hopping around the deck
and fluttering up to the suet feeder. From its size and shape
(small crest) it appeared to be a Tufted Titmouse. I managed a
few low-res photos if anyone wants to see them.
