Raptor Observations:
Nice to have some sun today but the birds didn't seem to like traveling with no push of wind. Few migrants.
Non-raptor Observations:
First Eastern Kingbirds (2) and Baltimore Oriole. Lady Monarch busy laying eggs on milkweed.

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are
from the southwest.
