Hi Everyone,

It's time to submit your list totals for the 2021 Annual Birding Report! I hope you will participate this year in what is the most comprehensive report of its kind of any state in the country.

Please fill out the attached Excel form, save the file with your name in the filename, and just send it back to me at this email address. It's that simple! There's a tab in the file with instructions if you need them.

If you'd like to submit any Big Day records, please let me know and I'll send you a form for doing that.

If you are someone that keeps track of and submits your Day (now called Date) Tick totals, then you probably already know how to get those from eBird. If you don't know, please contact me and I'll show you how. It's easy!

There were many great birds to vote for in the Bird of the Year contest...including FIVE new first state records for Maryland in 2021!. That might be a modern record in and of itself. Please be sure to vote, there's space for that in the form.

I look forward to hearing from you all!

Hi,

Sorry, but what is the purpose of this survey? Also, what is the function of the various form thresholds?

Thanks and Happy New Year,
