A day between storms. Weather drier than predicted. Very good visibility (20km) at sea level, as little as 100m vertically. Wind about 10 mph throughout, E to ESE through observing period.

Raptor Observations:
Weak flight with unfavorable wind. 37 vultures, 5 ospreys, 4 other hawks, including a grey ghost harrier.

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are
from the southwest.
