A surprising amount of activity in this little spot on a cold and windy first day of November. Although it's a local recreational park - soccer, tennis, trails - the fields border a protected wetland area, full of cattails, phragmites (unfortunately), grasses, and goldenrod.

Sparrows are definitely under-counted as so many pop up and down among the grasses. Two warbler species still.
