If you're testing stuff out in the node-mdb Virtual Appliance and you
either want to clear down the entire database or (hopefully not) you
find the database has ended up getting into a corrupted state, here's
how to clear down the database:

cd /mdb
/gtm/gtm

You'll now be in the GT.M shell, denoted by:

GTM>

now type:

kill ^MDB
halt

(Enter key after each command)

You'll be back in the Linux shell

That's it.

All traces of your data will be gone permanently and irrecoverably, so
be careful using this command! You do so at your own risk!!

I'm going to add some backup/restore/archive APIs as extensions to the
standard SDB ones to avoid using this low-level kill approach in the
near future
