Error in mdb.js replace method undefined

Hi,
I use node-mdb Virtual Appliance to make a demo with PHP, when i try
to create a domain fails, node trace mode send me a error "Cannot call
method 'replace' of undefined" in mdb.js line 2580 'return
unescape(str.replace(/\+/g, " "));'
