recovering from a loading the wrong code plug

I am a newbie with dmr.  I have a TYT MD-uv380 and somehow I did not get the original rdt file loaded before I loaded a "sample" code plug.  It changed everything including serial number etc.  

Is there anyway to recover to factory?

ALL of the config data is contained in the codeplug.  Just create a new codeplug with no data and write it into the radio.
