There are (2) positions with the following
responsibilities: Responsibilities: **Prepare formal
Canadian and Domestic sales quotations and handle all
aspects of order processing and the management of capital
equipment orders, which includes new, specials, and demo
equipment **Manage the process of material return and
replacement for Ohmeda Medical products, and ensure
conformity to Ohmeda Medical terms and conditions for
transactions and that proper approvals and signatures are
obtained **Provide customer service to assist customers
and sales reps, in terms of correct preparation of
purchase orders, problem solving, and work with the Credit
Department to ensure proper billing **Provide support to
field sales and customer inquiries, regarding Ohmeda
Medical equipment configurations, pricing, open order
information, customer data, and contract information
**Provide liaison activity for capital equipment orders to
our internal production/shipping operations, and interface
with product managers, regarding product introductions,
enhancements, changes, production planning, and promotions
Qualifications: **HS Diploma or equivalent is required; AA
degree in Business Administration or related field is
preferred **At least 2 yrs. experience in a position
requiring extensive phone contact with customers, sales
reps, or agents using Windows-based PC software packages
**Strong organizational, analytical, communication,
problem solving, and administration skills, and the
ability to handle multiple tasks are essential
