In addition to the job fair, there will be 5 free seminars -- all starting
at 9am in the Community Cultural Center. These presentations will include
"How to Work a Job Fair," "Dress for Success," "No Fear Transitions," "Find
a Federal Job," and "Free Information Technology Training."
Some of the 95 companies that will be participating include: Lockheed
Martin, TRW, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, Booz Allen
Hamilton, SAIC, MPRI, Federal Bureau of Prisons, First Command, FootAction,
Toll Brothers, Southwest Airlines, DynCorp, Pitney Bowes, ACS Defense,
Anteon, ManTech, RadioShack, Capital One, Men's Wearhouse, George Mason
University, FBI, CIA, DEA, INS, U.S. State Department, UBS PaineWebber, and
many others. There will be a wide variety of employment opportunities,
including jobs in information technology, Defense, electronics, law
enforcement, construction, engineering, financial services, health care,
intelligence, telecommunications, service/retail, human resources,
transportation, logistics, and administration (among others).
You are encouraged to research in advance the participating companies and
Government organizations by accessing their web sites through the

many copies of your resume to the job fair. We also recommend that you
update your resume on Corporate Gray Online, as ALL of the companies that

database. With regard to manner of dress, we recommend business attire,
though military uniform is also fine.

Beltway (I-495), Exit 170B (Tysons Corner). Stay on I-495 to Exit 52A (Old
Exit 6), Route 236/Little River Turnpike west toward Fairfax. Continue
approximately 1 mile, then turn left at the 3rd traffic light onto
Wakefield Chapel Road. From Wakefield Chapel Road, turn into the campus on
the third entrance on the left -- Center Drive. Park in the Community
Cultural Center or Visitor parking lot. If full, park in surrounding
student parking "B" lots. DO NOT park in faculty/staff areas, even briefly.
