40 Hours per week-scheduled hours between: Mon-Fri: 10:00am-7:00pm, Sat: 9:00am-2:00pm, Sun: 11:00am-3:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Demonstrate high-level management skills by effectively supervising the sales, daily operations and personnel within the branch to ensure branch efficiency and productivity.
* Maximize sales and service performance of the branch, coach/motivate employees on meeting sales goals.
* Clearly communicate duties and responsibilities, coach to improve performance, and regularly evaluate performance.
* Ensure branch is operating efficiently and productively.
* Responsible for employee development through training, coaching, constructive criticism and positive feedback.
* Maintain controls, thereby increasing branch efficiency.
* Responsible for retention of staff by promoting a positive, supportive environment for employees.
* Accept responsibility for maintaining a high level of professional, courteous, efficient service to our customers and other internal departments to ensure increased productivity and profitability.
* Oversee all areas of branch operations, including customer and staff issues.
* Identify problems and problem situations, analyze alternative courses of action and implement effective solutions.
* Maintain current and complete knowledge of all company policies, operations, procedures, and services.
* Ensure proper security procedures are being followed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* One-two years experience as a Manager in a retail sales and service environment or equivalent.
* Demonstrated ability to motivate a team.
* Proven sales performance; experience meeting sales goals; strong leadership skills.
