Yeah he is a straight asshole. He gets to get away with everything because his Daddy is in the State Senate. If any other judge was accused and convicted of what he did, they would be fired. He uses his power to take out his aggression. I am in the midst of seeing if I can get him put on the stand again. I have enough proof, but just like the 1st time it took like 30 people coming together to get him in court. So we'll see.

He is a straight ass though.

So weird i ran across this today. I seen this judge for a peace order and had 3 witnesses which aggravted him because he wanted to go to lunch. My 12 year old son cried testifying about a grown man who has a 5 page criminal record including murder, domestic violence,and weapon.charges who threatned to come to his school and kill him. Judge Stone denied the 1 year peace order saying the man was just all talk. My son was hysterical because this man said he would go to his school and now the peace order has been lifted. What judge allows this? He was given people with the cell phones on contempt charges but wouldn't grant a peace order? Now i have to file an appeal and my son is afraid to go to school.

Does everyone have problems with him? I surely did. I went before him in 2010 and told him my doctor was a fraud and his bill was too. I argued that I had a right to confront him in Court and question the doctor about the bill. He didn't allow that and ruled in the company's favor. Now, the doctor was charged in a pill mill scam where he was fraudulently prescribing pain pills. I'm going to turn his in to the Judicial Disabilities Commission.
