Least busiest MD MVA or hours

driver's license at Howard County MVA Express but the line was very
long. I had to leave because I can't spend hours and hours waiting in
the line. Everyday I stopped at this MVA in the morning, at during
lunch hours and around their closing time, the line doesn't get any
shorter. When is the best time to go to MVA? or where are the less
busier MVAs?

If you find a less busy MVA office, let me know! There ain't no such
animal. The last time I talked to a MVA employee about "least busy times,"
she said that there isn't one.
Go on any Saturday to a full-service office.

Beltsville is right out, but I've been in and out of the one in
Annapolis fairly quickly. Also Glen Burnie is supposed to move quicker
than the others.
My trick is to show up about half an hour before they open. That way
you're not *too* late for work.

Someone told me one in Gemont Shopping center isn't too bad on
Saturday. So, I did. I took me about 3 1/2 hours to get my license.
I should have gone to one in Annapolis or one in Beltsville. One
other thing I have noticed at this particular express is that not
everyone knows how to use the digital camera properly. There was one
gentleman was running from left to right to teach his collegues how to
use them.
