t's my mission and members or our group to expose for everyone to see
the clear connection and religious bias of OOO of PGC. I feel their
non profit status and any funds they receive from the state should be
reviewed. Secular religious biased groups have no place in the
continuum of care offered the mentally ill, as promised when community
based care was created and the Constitutional guarantee of Separation
of Church and State.
The practices of OOO of PGC is deceptive, I asked dozens of times why
we meet at a church and is there any connection to the church and was
never answered, or laughed at. It is deceptive and fraudulent to pass
yourselves off as non-secular with no church connection, with no
mention on literature, web-site, or newspaper community announcements.
What you are doing is akin to a used car lot selling cars through the
classified as a 'private' entity.

Christianity fine? Is schizophrenia fine too? Is lying to children
that the intolerant beliefs that belong in the Middle Ages remain true
in this 21st Century fine too? I suggest you google Victims of the
Christian Faith so you understand what Christ-psychosis has done to
humanity the past 1750 years. It is filled with aggression,
intolerance, deluded lies, genocidal ethnic cleansing.
What part of God is a product of the brain don't you understand? Which
god BTW? Santa? Tooth Fairy? I suggest you read the "God Delusion" by
Richard Dawkins, It'll explain it best.
I view ALL religious beliefs as a form of mental illness similar to
schizophrenia, Christianity is just the most virulent of them. God is
a delusion. Produced by children, retarded folks or those suffering
from a neurological disorder. Catholic Christianity is just where the
tale of Zombie Jesus begun,
Religious psychosis is the reason of 98% of the problems the world
faces today. No religious psychosis, specially Christianity, no
problem. Who needs mental illness. The Vatican, the CREATORS of
Christianity, is NOT the only people believing in imaginary friends.

FaithNet NAMI is a network composed of members and friends of NAMI. It
facilitates the development within the Faith Community of a supportive
environment for those with serious mental illness and their families,
points out the value of one's spirituality in the recovery process,
educates clergy and congregations, and encourages advocacy to bring
about hope and help for all who are affected by mental illness.

Pathways to Promise enables faith communities to become leaders in
reaching out to people with mental illness and their families.
Pathways' goal is to be a catalyst for action in the faith community
that enhances the quality of life for those challenged by mental
illness.

a Presbyterian minister who spent several months as a patient in a
psychiatric hospital, "When the Devil Deserts You," by Ed Cooper, a

Professor,

This is the report of a survey to determine what faith communities
throughout the country have been doing to minister to and with those
who have serious mental illness. Chapter 1 discusses the response to
those with serious mental illness, and contrasts it with Biblical
injunctions toward justice, compassion and hospitality. Chapter 2
reviews relevant literature. Chapter 3 summarizes the survey findings.
Chapter 4 provides case studies of faith community responses, such as
the Ascension Homes project in Baltimore MD where seven congregations,
including the Govans-Boundary Parish of the United Methodist Church,
cooperate to developing housing for those with mental disorders.
People have the right to full disclosure, transparency and honesty.
If Own Our Own Maryland was started as service work of a church or
congregation, if a significant number of affiliates, members or staff
are Presbyterians, Catholics, Mormons, Moonies or Scientologists.
Especially if public funds and grants are made. A claim for false
advertising, coercion, mixing Church and State issues, taking
advantage of the mentally ill or disabled.
You could effect the charter, moral, philosophical principles of other
groups, agencies and individuals.
Do you remember the scandals about Mormon baptizing the dead
ceremonies, where they symbolically baptized the victims of the
Holocaust? That was found to be wrong and the Mormons had to apologies
and stop doing the practice. What about "Praying for those who have a
mental illness the same way as for other illnesses?" " The
Presbyterian Serious Mental Illness Network (PSMIN) is a ministry of
the Presbyterian Health, Welfare, and Education Association." What if
we don't want praying or to be ministered to? Some people want nothing
to do with churches or those who work for them.
I have repeatedly asked for clarification.
