We have more that needs to be done before planting day on April 4th.On the more precise side, we have about 900 I.D. tags to be wired to the stakes. On the rougher side, we need to finish using cordless drills with 4' diameter augers to drill a 4' deep hole at each stake. I have the tags and short wires. I would welcome   having someone willing to manage the distribution of the tags.
For the augered holes, I have  four 24 volt cordless drills, six augers, and eight batteries. Tony and Ray tested a trick that extends battery life, but only 8 batteries will run short unless we find a source to connect to chargers.  If someone brought a small generator that would solve that problem . So bring more cordless drills.
If we have more volunteers than augers and tags, there is other work to be done with the tree shelters.
I picked the date because of the weather forecast and wish to have a weekend
event.
I'd prefer you let me know if you plan to come just so I have some idea.
Ron

I meant to say -a 4 inch deep and wide hole. Not 4 FEET!
