Hi
I'm trying to use mmclab to produce sensitivity function and mua jacobians. I understand that to calculate mua jacobian we need to change mua of a mesh element by a small amount and compare the result with the homogeneous case. Does jacobian mode do this for all mesh elements? How much is deltamua? It compares detected weights or fluences or etc?

Dear MJ,

just to let you know (and anyone who is interested in using the "replay" feature
in either MCX or MMC), our paper was recently accepted by BOE and is in the
process of being published. I will let you know the official URL when it is
available online.

I also uploaded our accepted manuscript to this URL

https://kwafoo.coe.neu.edu/~fangq/share/temp/ReplayPaper_final.pdf

This is not the final proof or reprint, but should be very close.
You can read about all the derivations, rationales and benchmark results
in this paper.

Feel free to ask any question related to this work in this mailing list.
Either myself, or Ruoyang, a co-mentored student of mine and the 1st
author of this paper, will be happy to answer.

cheers

Qianqian
