I recently started using MCX and had a few fundamental questions.
You mentioned that you are trying to match the output of a Green's function when normalising. Can you elaborate a bit more on that? Also if I wanted to change the source power, would I simply multiply my fluence rate by the desired constant?

How does changing cfg.unitinmm affect the optical properties? I am asking with regards to this thread.
the effect of setting cfg.unitinmm is actually achieved in mcx/mmc by scaling mua/mus optical properties, but it is done internally - users does not need to do this manually. that's why the mua/mus properties in cfg.prop is always in 1/mm unit
