Dear Pr. Fang,

It appears that the most recent nightly builds are missing the file mcxdetphoton.m file. Consequently, no simulation where information on the detected photons is requested appears to work. I got the missing file from the v2020 build and everything seems to work now. Is this correct or will this induce some hidden errors ?

Best regards,

Xavier

hi Xavier, mcxdetphoton.m, along with a list of other related matlab functions can be found under mcx/utils

https://github.com/fangq/mcx/blob/master/utils/

if you use windows and install mcx via the all-in-one installer, mcx/utils will be automatically installed.

Qianqian

Best regards,

Xavier
