Detect only late arrived photons (MCXLAB)

Dear Qianqian,

I would like to ask the possibility of detecting only late arrived photons with MCXLAB?

We would like to simulate the case of DOT with a gated time resolved camera.

hi Jingjing

you will have to capture all detected photons, sort their time-of-fly and threshold the
arrival time for the later time gates. The function to get the time-of-fly is mmcdettime()
that is available from the mmc binary package (mmc/matlab), here is an example how
to get the time-of-fly and how to sort them

to add on this, you can also use the replay method to build time-resolved Jacobian, see another recently added example:
